Thank you for visiting and shopping at RayconStore. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping times are calculated based on business days after the order has been processed. Our standard estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that the provided timelines are estimates. While most packages will arrive within this range, actual delivery dates may vary depending on carrier performance, destination, and other factors.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

RayconStore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. During checkout, you will be able to see if we ship to your location.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@rayconstore.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
